How did a seemingly rational society come to elect Hitler and the Nazi regime? The Third Reich tour weaves through the city and uncovers Berlin’s role in the rise and fall of National Socialism. The tour starts at the 1936 Olympic stadium, journeys to Platform 17 and visits sites that survived heavy air bombardment during WWII. In the heart of Berlin, you’ll see the remnants of the Nazi government district as well as the former SS and Gestapo headquarters. Our tour takes you to unique locations as a means of helping you better understand the history and the imprint it has left on modern-day Berlin. 10 am Wednesday 17€ adults / 15€ students Duration: 4.5 hours An AB all-day transit ticket is required for this tour.
